The RAW Idea and 3D Ambacht collaboration

This partnership combines RAW Idea's expertise in large-scale 3D printing with 3D Ambacht's mission of empowerment. Together, we aim to integrate fresh perspectives into our projects, promoting not only technological innovation but also meaningful societal contributions. With access to RAW Idea's cutting-edge facilities and mentorship, the interns will contribute to ongoing initiatives, including designs and production methods.

Our new team members

RAW Idea is thrilled to welcome three exceptional interns from 3D Ambacht: Diederick, Janne, and Joanna. Each of them brings unique skills, experience, and a passion for technology that aligns perfectly with our mission to push the boundaries of large-scale 3D printing.

Diederick, an intern at Tanaruz, a brand under RAW Idea, has built a solid foundation in 3D modelling and printing during his time at 3D Ambacht. Enthusiastic and driven, he is focused on expanding his expertise in large-scale 3D printing technologies. His eagerness to learn and contribute is evident as he begins working on innovative projects that challenge the limits of design and production.

Janne, comes from a rich and diverse background that bridges Artificial Intelligence and 3D printing. After discovering her passion for merging creativity with technology, she pursued specialised training in 3D modelling and printing at 3D Ambacht. Janne’s skills extend beyond her studies, as she has dedicated her time to 3D printing prosthetics for children and underserved individuals in developing countries - a testament to her commitment to impactful innovation. At RAW Idea, she is eager to deepen her knowledge of large-scale 3D manufacturing, refine her modelling capabilities, and explore new possibilities where AI and advanced manufacturing intersect. She has already found RAW Idea’s collaborative and supportive environment to be a place where she can thrive and grow.

Joanna, another valuable addition to the team, shares her passion for problem-solving and hands-on innovation: “I like fixing things, learning how they work, and integrating that knowledge into my workflow. My interests lie in technology, 3D printing, and manufacturing.” Her curiosity and commitment to technical excellence align seamlessly with RAW Idea’s pursuit of cutting-edge solutions in 3D printing.

RAW Idea is incredibly proud to have Diederick, Janne, and Joanna on board. Their enthusiasm, skills, and fresh perspectives will play a pivotal role in advancing our projects and driving innovation. We look forward to seeing their contributions shape the future of large-scale 3D printing as they gain invaluable experience and further develop their expertise with us.

Empowering underrepresented communities in the Netherlands

The collaboration with 3D Ambacht is about more than business; it’s a commitment to addressing social and economic disparities. Many individuals with autism or related conditions face barriers to employment, often due to limited opportunities and societal biases. This can lead to financial instability and underutilised potential.

By partnering with 3D Ambacht, RAW Idea seeks to create an inclusive workspace where diverse talents shine. Together, we offer structured pathways into the workforce, ensuring participants gain practical experience, confidence, and stability. This collaboration exemplifies how businesses can drive social change while fostering innovation.
